Real Carbon manufactures custom carbon parts built to customer specifications. Top search engine rankings for their chosen keywords are critical to their business. Real Carbon wanted an updated, simple and streamlined new look for the website. Gorge Web Design re-vamped the look while maintaining high search engine visibility.
Customers also have the ability to upload concept drawings of their needed parts to the website, where it is stored on the server for downloads and emailed to the company.
11.17.09 - Musango Marimba Studio Goes Online!
Karin Tauscher has been teaching southern African Marimba lessons on Zimbabwean-style marimbas throughout the Columbia Gorge for years. She needed an online presence to promote her classes, concerts and performing bands. Gorge Web Design provided Karin with a customized, affordable and easy to maintain website.
The content of her new site at www.marimbamusango.com is easily updated by Karin through a user friendly online admin section. No technical experience required.

11.5.09 - Pacadudz Alpaca Activewear Makes a Debut
Gina Eisele from Two Alpacas Farm in Trout Lake, WA has recently launched Pacadudz, a women's clothing line made from authentic Alpaca Fiber. Gina needed Gorge Web Design to build a customized and affordable e-commerce website with an easy to manage storefront.
Customers can purchase products, add product reviews and share product information with friends. Purchases are made through a secure connection that was set up with the payment gateway of Gina's choice.
Gina manages products in the storefront and content on the website's pages through an easy to use and powerful back end administration area. She can easily add products and photos to the storefront as well as manage existing product information. Gina can also group customers into retail or wholesale groups, send out newsletters to customers, enable special offers, manage inventory and more.
4.10.09 - Cloud Cap Technology Website Receives a Website Overhaul
Cloud Cap Technology uses it's website as the primary marketing tool to promote it's UAV flight management products worldwide. Cloud Cap requested a website that provides a simple and direct way for potential customers to find product information and request specific product quotes while enabling existing customers to download software updates, drawings, videos and more.
The website combines a modern, simple and easy to navigate front-end, plus back-end functionality that allows customers to configure custom UAV navigation systems, securely sign in to download software, and view product testing videos using custom flash video players developed specifically for their needs.
1.5.09 - Gorge Web Design begins creation of Bryant Pipe & Supply Website
Bryant Pipe & Supply requested Gorge Web Design to create a new website that represents their business as the Mid Columbia area's premier source of irrigation and construction pipe & supplies.
The website will include a representation of their extensive product lines, residential irrigation design guides, a list and forum for local contractors and more.
8.26.08 - Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation Website Receives a New Look
Hood River Valley Parks & Recreation needed a more modern and updated look for their website. Their goal was to organize extensive details about all of their programs and portray their vision to provide recreational opportunities to local residents.
Aquatic Center staff needed the ability to update home page and other content themselves.
Gorge Web Design provided a visually appealing, well organized website while working within their budget. Aquatic Center staff update home page latest news and other content throughout the website themselves using a database driven admin section to store future updates in advance, and real-time updates throughout the website are performed using Adobe Contribute Software.
The website features an updated calendar on the home page which website viewers can review current activities and Aquatic Center schedule changes at a glance.
8.8.08 - Gorge Web Design Provides Custom Security Solution for Cloud Cap Technology
Cloud Cap Technology provides avionics and accessories for Unmanned Systems, including software which is export controlled under the US Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
To ensure Cloud Cap Technology is in compliance with ITAR Regulations, Gorge Web Design provided a secure customer registration process and custom on-line database to assist Cloud Cap in managing new and existing customers who seek their products that are governed by ITAR Regulations.
The secure portion of Cloud Cap Technology's website uses a combination of server side programming and client side validation to ensure that their customers experience an easy and understandable registration process while staying in compliance with US State Department requirements.
